Matthew P. Koehler, MD

Dr. Koehler is a lifelong resident of Ohio. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Akron in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics. In 1980, he received his MD degree from the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo, where he also served his internship. Dr. Koehler’s residency was at the Mt. Sinai Medical Center of Cleveland, where he also served as chief resident.

Since 1984, Dr. Koehler has been in the private practice of ophthalmology in the western Cleveland area, specializing in cataract and anterior segment surgery. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Ohio Ophthalmological Society, and the Ohio State Medical Association.

Dr. Jennifer Killian is originally from Buffalo, New York. She attended Syracuse University and graduated Cum Laude with a BS in biology. She then went on to Pennsylvania College of Optometry where she earned her OD degree and graduated with honors in clinical excellence.

Dr. Killian joined OPHTHALMOLOGY PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS, INC., in 2006. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages and practices full scope Optometry. In her spare time, she enjoys watching hockey and spending time with her Jack Russell Terrier.
